Payment Terms

BeautyLink uses third-party payment processor, Stripe, to facilitate all transactions on the Platform.

By making or accepting a booking, users agree to comply with applicable payment processor terms and authorize BeautyLink and its payment processors to:

• Process transactions
• Collect applicable fees
• Facilitate payouts
• Prevent fraud and unauthorized activity

BeautyLink may charge:

• Booking fees
• Platform service fees
• Processing fees

Applicable fees will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Providers authorize BeautyLink and Stripe to transfer payouts to the payout account associated with their Provider account.

Payout timing may vary based on:

• Stripe processing timelines
• Fraud reviews
• Banking delays
• Account verification status

BeautyLink is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

BeautyLink may process payments or booking fees on behalf of beauty professionals. However, BeautyLink is not responsible for service outcomes, appointment satisfaction, professional conduct, or disputes between users and beauty professionals.

Refunds, deposits, cancellation policies, rescheduling policies, and no-show fees may vary depending on the independent beauty professional and appointment type.

Users acknowledge and agree that:

• Late cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to fees, partial charges, or forfeiture of deposits
• No-show fees and late cancellation fees are determined solely at the discretion of the independent beauty professional
• BeautyLink does not control or guarantee refund decisions made by beauty professionals
• Refunds are not guaranteed for dissatisfaction with services, missed appointments, late arrivals, or violations of a beauty professional's booking policies

BeautyLink reserves the right, but not the obligation, to assist in resolving disputes at its sole discretion.
